ISO 9001 : 2015 of Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway

      Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) took Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway into the ISO 9002 quality management system on April 7, 1999, according to the resolution of the EXAT board meeting No. 5/1999. EXAT received the ISO 9002: 19904 quality management system certificate from TUV Rheinland Thailand Co., Ltd. (TUV) for the first time on May 8, 2000. The Expressway Authority of Thailand is determined to improve the quality of service. Organization’s commitment has intended to improve the quality of service. The Management Review Committee has resolution on shifting quality management system service from ISO 9001 : 2015.

       Then EXAT maintained the system, improved, and developed the service system following the ISO 9001 standard that was consecutively updated. With the corporation’s commitment to improving the quality of service, the executive board considers the resolution to modify the ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system to the ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management system in 2017, and on 14-15 March 2019, EXAT employed BSI Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to assess the quality of service to issue the ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management system certificate for Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway toll collection service and traffic controlling in toll collection station area. The company issued the ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management system certificate for the continuance of system guarantee. The assessment results contain no inconsistency. The period was set to consecutively guarantee to start from May 27, 2019, to May 27, 2022, for three years in total. The company has issued the EXAT the certification of ISO 9001 : 2015, the quality management system on 8 July 2017 and available until 26 May 2019 in order to run the process continually. The results of the assessment show no inconsistency. Therefore, The EXAT is certified for three years from 27 May 2019 to 26 May 2022.

       Additionally, to signify the determination to provide service quality management with continuous improvement and development. Therefore, EXAT took Kanchanaphisek (Bang Phli - Suk Sawat) Expressway into the ISO 9001 : 2015 by employing BSI Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to assess for issuing the ISO 9002 : 2015 quality management system certificate on 17-19 August 2020. The results of the audit were effective and contain no inconsistencies. This audit represents the extension of the scope from the ISO 9001 : 2015 service quality management system of the Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway. The period will be concluded on May 26, 2022, as well.
