Question: After paying for expressway, why doesn’t staff give receipt?

  • Answer:   In order for car to pass through booth quickly without traffic as well as receipt of expressway is only prove for company or enterprise to withdrawn the money. EXAT doesn’t used document for investigate due to EXAT used computerized system to monitor expressway that is complexity and compact.

Question: In case of accident on expressway, what should we do?

  • Answer: Use emergency light and call 1543 or use emergency phone booth that install every 500 meters at Chalongrach expressway and Boonphawithee expressway and every 1 kilometer, Srirach expressway and Udornrachya expressway for asking for help from staff by located your location. Please indicate on where you’re located, place nearby, where you’re headed, number of car involve in accident, any injured. In case of any injury, staff will inform ambulance to assist immediately as well as report police or any who is involved.

Question: In case we see someone or animal on expressway, what should we do?

  • Answer: Use emergency light and call 1543 or use emergency phone booth that install every 500 meters at Chalongrach expressway and Boonphawithee expressway and every 1 kilometer, Srirach expressway and Udornrachya expressway for asking for help from staff by located your location. Indicate of the object that being found on expressway.

Question: If we need to know traffic condition on expressway, how could we?

  • Answer: To know traffic condition, you can see map that is on website screen and easiest way is to ask information on 1543  (EXAT call center). In case you need to know route on expressway for convenience, you could inform on where you’re at and where is your destination. After call center will guide you with the easiest and fastest way.

Question: May I know the time for not allowing truck and trailer on expressway?

  • Answer: Time that forbidden trucks and trailers to be on expressway has divided to vehicles as follow: 6-8 wheels 06:00-09:00am and 16:00-20:00pm, 10 wheels above 06:00-09:00am and 15:00-21:00pm.  

Question: How do we report if we see staff who is impolite?

  • Answer: When you see staff on expressway or any other staff of EXAT that is impolite or behave in inappropriate manner , report your information to EXAT call center 1543 all-time 24 hours.
